If you are unhappy with any of our product, navigate to the Contact Us page and write us a message mentioning you want a refund. You should use the same email address you have used to purchase. Adding the order number is also helpful. A support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund within 2 working days.
All refund requests has to be made within 15 days of purchase.
You may request a refund within 15 days of purchase only if we are unable to deliver the features or services as described on our website, or if we fail to resolve a verified technical issue.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued if the product is fully functional and no errors or service failures are found.
Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and support is available during our office hours 10am – 6pm (GMT+5:30). If you send us an email on Friday after our office hours, don’t worry. It will be processed on Monday morning.
