Deprecated cleanup

1. Deprecated email hooks based on legacy teacher/student email templates have been fully removed. These hooks are no longer supported and have been replaced by updated systems.

1. Resolved an issue in the IELTS Speaking and Writing AI evaluation prompts where band scores were incorrectly displayed as irregular decimal values (e.g., 4.3, 5.6).
2. Band scores are now standardized to valid IELTS increments of 0.5 (e.g., 4.5, 5.0, 5.5).
